Philip Morris wants less taxes for tobacco sticks 

Philip Morris New Zealand general manager James Williams said that the excise treatments used by the government to prevent people from smoking and recoup costs associated with smoking are not appropriate for non-combustable products, like the Philip Morris tobacco stick.
